Your Personal Best Deal Allworx Product Specialist One of the first steps we take with a new client is to assign to you, an Allworx Factory-Trained and Certified Product Specialist. This person will call you on the first day, provide you with all of their contact information and begin the process of, not only managing your Allworx system installation, but will also take an active role in all aspects of your system.
Onsite Installation This refers to the physical aspect of setting up your new Allworx system. Our technician will come on-site to your premises and physically set-up the equipment. Taking the equipment out of the box, mounting the Allworx system to the wall, connecting all cables and telephones to the network, Internet and computers, redirecting any copper telephone lines from the old system to the new system and so on.
Allworx System Set-up and Network Integration The Allworx system, in effect, becomes another network device. The Set-up process consists of our technician integrating the Allworx system into the network and ensuring proper connection to all IP Phones, Internet Telephone Service Providers (SIP trunks or T1-PRI providers), remote IP telephones at other locations and to all of the other needed computers on the network. If you move to another location, this process can be repeated at no additional charge.
Allworx System Customization Out of the box, the Allworx system is a generic phone system capable of being used in a number of different ways, based upon the needs of the individual client. The manner in which you use your Allworx system will be different than the way used by TCE Company. During this process, our technicians will work directly with your Administrator to understand your needs, goals and objectives in how you want your Allworx system to function. Our technicians will then customize your Allworx system to your specific needs. This Customization process can be repeated as often as you would like for the life of the system, at no additional charge
Live User and Administrator Training We use the Customization process as an opportunity to train your Administrator on the system. With this enhanced product knowledge, our clients are better able to utilize the rich-features of the Allworx system. This training process can be repeated as often as needed for the life of the system, at no additional charge.
Lifetime Technical Support In the event of any technical questions, concerns or issues, simply call your Product-Specialist on our toll-free number for immediate assistance.
- Level One If you have a question, problem or just need clarification on a point, simply call your Product-Specialist and he/she will assist you
- Level Two In the event that a problem cannot be resolved with the phone, then, your Product-Specialist will remotely access into your Allworx system and perform an enhanced level of diagnostics. Level One and Level Two Technical Support identify and resolve over 99% of all problems and issues. If an issue cannot be resolved in this manner, your Product Specialist will then determine if Level Three or some other form of escalation is needed.
- Level Three Should your Product-Specialist determine that onsite troubleshooting is required, he is authorized to dispatch an Onsite technician. This technician will be onsite within one business day.
Two-hour Emergency Service In the event that Level Three technical services are required, thisoption provides for the technician to be on the customers premise within two-business hours.
